LA BOUTIQUE DU SKI is a brand that belongs to Quadralp Company. Its headquarters are located in Savoie. Quadralp is registered at the Companies House of Chambéry. Each order placed requires the customer’s validation of LA BOUTIQUE DU SKI’s general terms of sale. The client must read it carefully beforehand as no order will be cancelled.
Our prices are indicated in Euros including VAT (transport fees excluded). LA BOUTIQUE DU SKI reserves the right to modify the prices at any moment. However, the items will be billed at the price in effect at the moment in which the order is made. If, for technical reasons, the price indicated on our website happens to be incorrect, the customer would be advised immediately. The price indicated on the product information page does not include transport fees. In case of an order made from abroad (out of Metropolitan France), please contact us (+33 (0)4 79 52 00 30). You can pay for any order in Euros, no matter what country the order is made from. All our products and commodities remain our property until the price is fully payed.
Our products can be delivered only within the limit of stocks available. If our products are unavailable, the customer will be informed either by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. If the delivery period is too long, the customer is allowed to claim for refund. The refund will be made either by check or bank transfer.
The delivery address is chosen by the client before payment. Our products can either be delivered at a Pick-up & Go location, at home or at your workplace. Whatever means of transport, commodities are at the risk of the recipient which is the reason why you should imperatively express reservations when a parcel appears to be damaged or deteriorated. In case of delivery delays caused by the unavailability of our products, the transport fees will not increase. The delivery period indicated on our website is for information purposes only (2 to 3 working days depending on the order processing time). Regarding Pick-up & Go deliveries, an e-mail and a text message will be sent to inform the customer of the delivery date.

The order will be processed upon receipt of the payment.
You have 7 days, starting from the delivery date, to return the products. Any change request shall be sent by e-mail before reshipment : firstname.lastname@example.org. All return fees will be borne by the client.
WARNING : any returned product should be complete and packed in its original packaging. In case of refund, it will be made by check or bank transfer.
If properly used, our electric devices are guaranteed for 1 year. Any guarantee request shall be sent by e-mail with a copy of the bill.
